Adjustments and Remakes for Orthotic
Minor adjustments and modifications are a normal and important part of the custom orthotic fine tuning process. These are generally performed at the evaluation and review stage and help to optimise the function of your orthotics. Remakes will not be made in place of minor adjustments or modifications.
Remakes will only be made if an orthotic is still deemed inaccurate or uncomfortable by the podiatrist following any final adjustments at the review stage.
Orthotic return
In order for a return to be processed, the patient must have attended a treatment review appointment (within 30 days of fitting) and had a minimum of 3 orthotic adjustments. Only then, if the orthotic is not providing the determined comfort level, can a return be processed. Only the cost of the orthotic is returned within 30 days of fitting. Consultations and other treatments are exempt from being refunded.
Refunds will not be given to patients who have ordered a repeat set of orthotics after wearing the first set and then deciding they are not satisfied.
Refunds will not be given to patients for change of mind only.
Refunds will not be given if 3 months from fitting them has lapsed.
Treatments/Services
Services provided by Maroubra Foot Clinic are non-refundable.
Product and Shoe returns:
Due to hygiene reasons, all socks and feet product sales are final.
Refunds
Once the podiatrist has been consulted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your request within 7 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
