Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best service possible, we promise to give you our full and undivided attention and will not double book your appointment with someone else. We offer a strictly one-on-one service. In order for us to continue to offer such a high quality service we need your help. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours' notice.

This policy applies to all of our patients and makes scheduling a consultation at a time of your convenience easier. By giving us 24 hours' notice, you will allow us to offer your appointment time to another patient on our waiting list.

IMPORTANT!
All appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment and no-show appointments will incur a full appointment fee. This includes all appointment types including NDIS appointments.
